Description of lost item(s) : The wallet is black and brown leather with a ink drawing in the inside cover.
It contains my Debit card and Credit card from the ING bank in the Netherlands. It also has my vehicle registation card for numberplate N006DZ in the Netherlands.
My medical insurance card with the IZZ.

Location of loss : I forgot my wallet in a Taxi taking us from Metro station Santa Isabel to Barrio Yungay. The taxi driver dropped us off on the corner of calle Huérfanos and Libertad.
