Description of lost item(s) : Black security wallet containing:
PASSPORT
Disney Visa Credit Card
AAA Visa Credit Card
Color : black wallet
Material : hard case
Location of loss : Lost at the TSA security counter after the bins containing items went through the conveyor belt before the clients. There was over 3 minute wait until bins were reloaded and were able to put the rest of belongings in security. Then the x-ray machine process was delayed also. When we arrived at the receiving counter, the wallet was not present. Supervisor notified x2 and American Airlines ticket counter was notified.
