Description of lost item(s) : I forgot my phone on Saturday early morning and was using Uber .They could not help me and contacted the driver who said he didn’t find anything .I was trying to find it and call but nothing worked !I know the last location where it was ,I wrote it in the previous page .Was in the police ,however they told me I have to bring someone who speaks polish and unfortunately I don’t know anyone who can go with me .Thank you
