Location of loss : En la reserva de mi viaje a través de KLM de Alicante – Amsterdam (Schiphol), en avión, y luego a Antwerp en tren Thalys, facturé la maleta y me dieron indicaciones de que la maleta iría directa a la estación de Antwerp.
De todas formas comprobé que no saliera por la cinta de recogida de equipaje en Schiphol, y no salió. Pregunté a una empleada de la compañía Viggo que es la que se ocupa del equipaje en mi vuelo y me reiteró que la maleta seguía su camino, por lo que no efectúo reclamación alguna.
Al llegar a la estación de Antwerp me indican que ese servicio no esta disponible en sus instalaciones, por lo que la maleta no aparece.
