Description of lost item(s) : On December 31, I flew into Guadalajara from Dallas on AA. As a Permanent Resident, I must show the card to Immigration along with my passport. The card is green with my name, Armando R** O***z, on it. It must have stayed with the immigration officer upon entering the country by mistake or lost somewhere walking out of the airport.
