Description of lost item(s) : Good morning,

I was travelling with my daughter and left my baby carrier on board of the flight SN 3787 (BRU to ACE – see itinerary below) on the 15 of March 2025. The Brussels Customer Service told me to write directly to you as it should be at Lanzarote's Airport. I was sitting on seat 9F and the baby carrier remained in the cabin just above my seat.

The baby carrier model is a Babybjorn ONE gray and it is an object that I need and use everyday. Could you be so kind to return to me in Brussels?
