Description of lost item(s) : I had my phone next to me in seat 4A in business class. The landing was really rough, and as a result my phone fell into the seats in front of me. Upon opening the airplane doors, the attendants called flight engineers to help look under the seats as we could not find it. We spent nearly an hour with a few engineers, I was told in the end that they would need to potentially take the seat off completely as it seems it is stuck in an awkward spot under one of the seats around where I was sat or in front. I am extremely displeased with your service as a customer flying business class I was told different things by different staff members from your airline , I had made it clear all my cards etc were saved on the phone and I had no way of getting home without it. The person say next to me also his phone was about to fall but as it was connected to the charger he managed to catch his.

Location of loss : On the plane GF174 around seat 3A 3B or 4A or 4B deep under one of those seats. The engineers said the seat might need to be taken off completely to get to the phone
