Location of loss : Crew brought baggage up from flight 4Z924 because flight LH573 was cancelled. Everyone got their baggage but me. Could be with luggage for flight LH589, in the lost luggage area, I don’t know where else but your team did not bring it to the waiting area of cancelled flight.
