Description of lost item(s) : The luggage bag is medium sized, has no stickers or identifying features other than being soft and all black. Inside you will find clothes, a 500£ Meta Glasses. The most important item is an envelope with NATO order papers inside of the top zipper on the bag. That paperwork costs 5,000$ and is very important.
