Location of loss : 25/08/2026 on gatwick airport gate 45k fly to Preveza with easyjet.5am i left my bagon the gate 45k north terminal, immediately realised just before boarding easyjet fly EZY8247 to Preveza that I left it behind and reported it to airport staff (easyjet) at the gate befor aircraft departed, they told me that easyjet person physically collected my backpack from chair and told us that it would be taken to lost property place. therefore this is not a case where we simply dont know where the backpack was lost . we know exactly where it was left , and we saw airport staff collecct it .Unfortunately ,we have now returned home and, despite contacting various department , nobody has been able to tell us where the backpack is or whether it has been recived by lost property. lost property reference :V02517-26
