Description of lost item(s) : Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich möchte Ihnen mitteilen, dass mein Gepäck auf dem Flug von Queenstwon nach Hanoi über Sydney am 18.11 nicht angekommen ist. Am Flughafen habe ich dies bereits gemeldet und eine Verlustanzeige erstellt.

Da ich mein Gepäck auch nach 3 Tagen nicht erhalten habe, musste ich notwendige Artikel kaufen, um den Zeitraum ohne mein Gepäck zu überbrücken. Ich möchte Sie daher bitten, mir die entstandenen Kosten zu erstatten.
