Location and Opening Hours
The BKK Lost Property Office is on the 4th floor of passenger terminal. The office is open 24/7.
Lost Item report Procedure
If you lose something inside the terminal, contact the Bangkok Airport Lost and Found office. If you leave something on the plane, contact airline service desk.
How to Get Your Lost Item back
To get your lost item, go to Lost Property Office and describe the item and where you lost it. You may need to fill in a lost property form and show your ID and boarding pass.
Collection and Delivery
Once your item is found, you can collect it from the Lost Property Office by showing valid photo ID. If you can’t collect in person, you can arrange for delivery to your address. Storage fees apply depending on size and weight of the item.
