Description of lost item(s) : Black cylindrical tube with strap containing three valuable art works that have been located by Cabinfound but then sent back to the airline because I live outside of the EU.

Material : rolled up pieces of original art work

Location of loss : I left it behind in the overhead bin by mistake. I asked the baggage agent to send someone to look for it. She said they couldn't find it. I asked her to look again. She refused. I contacted cabinfounds who located it but then told me they could not send it outside of the EU and sent it back to Condor. They didn' give me a tracking number except 9867, which is unuseable as it turns out, nor did they respond to further emails or queries—even after I had paid 40 euro. It was terrible service and I am no closer to locating my lost luggage after two weeks of trying. I reported the bag missing immediately and have never even been to poorly treated. The objects are worth $800 per lost art work.
