Description of lost item(s) : iPhone 13 Pro Max in black, with a cracked back glass. The phone was kept in a very dark blue/navy case.

Location of loss : The iPhone was lost on the aircraft that landed in Gdańsk from Copenhagen on August 29, 2026, at 1:50 p.m. The aircraft then flew back to Copenhagen at 2:20 p.m.

I was informed that the aircraft was not cleaned by the cleaning crew in Gdańsk and was only briefly checked by the cabin crew. It is possible that they missed the phone, so I assume that the cleaning team in Copenhagen may have found it after the aircraft arrived there.

Could you please check with the cleaning team in Copenhagen and let me know if the phone has been found?
