I would like to make it clear that this case is extremely serious and requires your immediate attention. A delay of 13 hours has caused significant disruption to my holiday and has affected my plans and arrangements considerably.

In addition, my baggage containing my personal belongings has not been properly resolved, which has caused me further stress and inconvenience during my holiday.

I expect your team to take this matter seriously and take immediate action to resolve both the delay and the baggage issue. I would also appreciate a clear update on what action is being taken and when I can expect this matter to be resolved.

Please do not treat this as a routine case. The impact on me has been significant, and I expect an appropriate resolution and compensation where applicable.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response and meaningful action promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through the appropriate channels and take further action to protect my rights.

Location of loss : I have already checked with Tirana Airport, but unfortunately the bag has not been found there.

Could you please check your Lost Property records and also check with the Wizz Air aircraft/handling team to see whether my bag has been handed in?

August 2026. The scheduled departure time was 14:30, although the flight was delayed and departed later.

The missing item is a black Nike shoulder bag. I believe I may have left it either in the airport lounge before the flight or possibly on the aircraft.

The bag contains several personal belongings, including:
