Description of lost item(s) : My wallet, a brown leather bifold wallet contained a bank debit card, 4 credit cards (Apple, Whole Foods, Marriot, Mastercard), 4 medicare insurance cards, USA and Euro currencies (around $100), my driver's license membership cards for Sam's Club and Costco and various other cards of lesser import.
