Yesterday, while waiting in the First Class Lounge, I accidentally left behind my Burberry jacket. I was seated directly in front of the coffee machine area, in the section with brown lounge chairs (not the dining room area).

The jacket is very special to me—it was a birthday gift from my father and carries deep sentimental value. It is a Burberry women’s jacket. It is a black jacket size small with a classic check pattern on elbows and hood and lightweight material.

I kindly ask for your assistance in checking the lounge lost & found section for this item. Please let me know the next steps I should take to recover it.
