Description of lost item(s) : My flight was very late arriving and because i"m in a wheelchair I was rushed off the plane. I was told that my suitcase was following me with one of the helpers but it didn't arrive.The suitcase has is silver and has the word ROOTS embossed in the side with large letters. I also have a name tag with my info attached to the case.
