Description of lost item(s) : My item is a CPAP machine used to treat sleep apnea. The model is a ResMed AirSense 10. It consists of the machine, a humidification chamber, and includes breathing masks as well as the power cord, adapter an owner manual. It is housed in a grey carrying case.

Location of loss : On Italo train 8977 from Milan to Venice on 7 June. On luggage rack above seats 25 and 26 in coach 7. My destination was Desenzano del Garda, but I left my item on train when I disembarked. The item could have been found anywhere along the route after Desenzano.
