Description of lost item(s) : Two boxes of eye medication “eylea” that needed to be refrigerated during the flight and were left in the fridge in business class of flight KL0671 from Amsterdam to Montreal on 23/06/2026. Once in Montreal I reported the forgotten item at the klm baggage counter and they were unable to retrieve it claiming that cleaning staff could not access the fridge. I waited until the crew of the next flight arrived and they were once again unable to retrieve it. This medication is very important for my eye health and is part of a prolonged ongoing treatment!
