Description of lost item(s) : Dear Lost and Found Team, Dear Air Baltic Team
I am writing to report a missing item from my checked baggage.
During baggage inspection, a CPAP mask was removed from my luggage. (?)
The mask was packed inside my daughter’s checked suitcase. (See attached picture)
When we collected the luggage, the mask was no longer inside, and we did not receive any notification or receipt explaining its removal.
The item is a CPAP mask used for medical purposes.
It is very important to me, and I would like to know where it is currently located and how I can retrieve it.
