Description of lost item(s) : Dear Pegasus Airlines Lost & Found Team,

My checked baggage was left behind in Istanbul by Pegasus Airlines on 03 January 2026 during my itinerary LED–SAW–ZRH (flights PC399 and PC947).

As of 09:00 Zurich time on 04 January 2026, the AirTag in my baggage indicates that the suitcase is still located in Istanbul and has not been loaded on either yesterday’s evening flight or this morning’s flight to Zurich.

Please take urgent action to ensure that my baggage is forwarded to Zurich (ZRH) on the next available flight and inform me of the delivery status and expected arrival time.
