Where’s the lost and found office ?
The Helsinki airport Lost and Found is located in Terminal 2, between gates 26 and 27. Their hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekends.
Retrieving Your Lost Belongings
To reclaim your items, visit the Lost and Found office with a detailed description of the item and where you think you lost it. You may need to fill out a form and show some ID along with your boarding pass to aid in the search.
Pickup and Delivery Options
If your item is found, you can collect it from the office with a valid photo ID. If you can’t pick it up in person, you can arrange for a delivery service. Be aware that storage fees may apply based on the item’s size and weight.
