Description of lost item(s) : I had a flight from London to Moscow via Algiers. Departure: 19 November 2024 at 14 p.m. The flight number was AH-2055, and we arrived at 3:10 AM Moscow time on the 20th of November with the flight AH-3000.
The issue at hand is as follows: when I arrived in Moscow, I discovered that my suitcase had been tampered with. Personal items were stolen, including a brand new iPhone 13, jewellery, and even underwear. There were also signs of theft on other gift packages I had brought for my loved ones. A gift box of chocolate had even been eaten, and the wrapper was carelessly thrown back into the suitcase. I suspect that the theft occurred during the baggage handling process, likely by the staff responsible for luggage.
