Description of lost item(s) : The case was on Easyjet EZY2893 under Michael H**** De W**t but it has a tag M De W**t +447*******619. No barcode as I did not realise I needed to collect it in Dubrovnik as we were travelling onto Naples on EZY2844. I left the case on the carousel in Dubrovnik as I did not realise I needed to collect it.
