I’m writing to report a possible luggage mix-up that may have been mistakenly linked to Stanstead airport.
In the early hours of 2nd April 2025, around 12:20 AM, I took a National Express coach from Stansted Airport to Golders Green at 1:30 AM. Upon arrival, I mistakenly collected a suitcase that does not belong to me, and I believe it may have belonged to another passenger on the same coach.
The name on the luggage tag is: BATOOL/IQRA, and the flight details listed are:
Flight Number: FR906 (Ryanair).
I have already contacted National Express, but I wanted to reach out to you as well, in case the passenger has reported her missing luggage to the airport instead. She may believe the swap happened at the airport rather than on the coach.
To help locate my own missing suitcase, here are some identifying details:

Two printed toiletry bags (one with blue cat designs and one with red flowers)
Please let me know if anyone has contacted your team regarding a missing bag matching this description. I would very much like to return the suitcase I have to its rightful owner and retrieve my own as soon as possible.
