Description of lost item(s) : On February 28, 2025 my mother traveled through the Delta Sky Club at Logan Airport, Terminal A to atlanta, Georgia in the late morning. It is a MacBook Pro, purchased in 2022. It is gray in color, and there is something with her first name on screen or attached with her first name, Patricia, as the delta sky club personnel asked if her name was “Patricia” when they told me they found the laptop.

I spoke to Delta Support later that day, they confirmed that the MacBook had been located and put me in contact with someone from the ups store from which you send back list items in east Boston around 5:30 PM. I was advised to send an email (which I did ) and was told to expect a follow-up email or call to confirm shipping details by Sunday or Monday. It is now a week later, and I would appreciate an update on the status of the return.

My mother is a mental health care provider, and her laptop contains important and securely encrypted patient information. While the data remains protected, she urgently needs the laptop back. To facilitate and expedite the process, I am happy to cover the cost of overnight, insured delivery and will also offer a $100 good-faith payment to the person who oversees this and ensures the parcel is en route to me in Atlanta.
