Dear Turkish Airlines Lost and Found Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally report and request assistance in retrieving my mobile phone, which was lost at **London Gatwick Airport on 13th June 2025 at approximately 5:00 PM**, during the final stages of boarding one of your flights.

The phone is a **Samsung Galaxy Fold 6**, grey in colour, and associated with UK mobile number **+44 ******* 67**. It was last in my possession at the final boarding checkpoint. Due to carrying multiple duty-free items, I was asked by your staff to make an additional payment for exceeding my hand luggage allowance. While addressing this, I inadvertently left the phone behind.

Shortly after boarding and realising the phone was missing, I called it. A member of your airline staff answered and confirmed the phone had been found. However, I was informed that the aircraft doors had already closed, and I could not retrieve it at that time. I was advised to contact the Turkish Airlines Lost and Found team to initiate a claim.

I was seated in **Seat 13G** on that flight. Given that the device was confirmed found by your staff and considering the boarding procedures contributed to the oversight, I kindly request your assistance in locating and returning the phone.
