I was on flight TG565 Thai Airways Hanoi to Bangkok with a boarding time of 20.05. on 11 May 2025.
I was then getting my connecting flight, again with Thai Airways from Bangkok to Istanbul. Flight number TG900 with a boarding time of 23.05. Also on 11th May 2025.
I was told by Thai Airways that I didn’t need to collect my bag in Bangkok and to collect it at Istanbul as it would automatically be transferred in Bangkok.
When I arrived in Istanbul, my baggage was missing. This was on 12th May
I then needed to get a further connecting flight from Istanbul to Heraklion in Crete with a flight number of A3435 with Aegean Airways.
Please could you check to see if my luggage is within your airport and contact me regarding this
I have attached a photo of the baggage receipt. The bag itself is navy blue, 65 litre Mountain Warehouse back pack.
