Description of lost item(s) : I have accidentally lost a nylon shopping bag that contained a A4 sized white plastic folder that was full of confidential documents that I had taken to the Immigration Office earlier in the morning. Thursday 13 August 2016

The contents contained all the paperwork I needed to make my application. With my name, address and full contact details. Bank and address statements. Ownership papers and papers that the Immigration services had provided
It was a medium sized nylon bag of mid green coloring with orange handles.
The bag also contained a silver kitchen scissors that I had used to cut my photographs in sections.

At about 10.00 am I began returning to my address from the National Directorate Office Budafoki ut 60. 1117.
I got the Blue bus 133E or 33 for approximately 3 stops then I got the 4-6 tram and rode 2 or 3 stops getting off at Bararos ter.
It was when i got off the tram I realised the bag was missing. At approximately 10.45.am

Material : Folder contained personal paperwork including ownership papers and bank statements

Location of loss : At tram.stops or bus stops. On bus or tram as detailed in my first page.
