Description of lost item(s) : One small gray suit case with wheels ..O

Material : pills ,medicine,clothing,my Mail,clothes

Location of loss : I was checking in with a set of golf clubs and two small blue suitcases and gray/blue suitcase that was left at the checking. I was in a wheelchair and a jet blue
attendant who followed my wife and son to the check in.. She moved very quickly to the check in counter next to the
one my son was at and she went behind my son and he helped check in bags. She quickly pushed me very quickly to the boarding gate. I called to her because I wanted to make sure that all my bags had been checked in.but didn’t answer me and then she left. I was uncomfortable bag and I asked her to leave I gave her a tip and she was off. My wife caught up with me some minutes later wasn’t . I asked him if my bag had been checked.. he returned as I was boarding the plane and said he didn’t see any bag. He said he didn’t think there was a bag. .When we got to West Palm the bag was not with our luggage.. We were on flight 321 and arrived in West Palm on Florida at three pm and later that day we had the house checked and there was no bag left there.
