Description of lost item(s) : A pair of Hearing Aids that are put over each ear. They are very small. The color is silver/gray. They are shaped like a letter “C” with a very fine plastic tube shaped like a hook connected to it.

Location of loss : The hearing aids fell into the crack between the window and a small ledge next to my seat. It was a small area that only the maintenance crew can reach. My seat number was A3 on flight AM2 on June 26th from Madrid to Mexico City.
I notified a flight attendant, Leonardo R**s, as soon as it happened. He told me that he notified the Captain and that the Captain will ask the maintenance crew to retrieve my hearing aids when we arrive in Mexico City. I explained to Mr. Rios that I will not be able to wait because I had another flight to catch. I provided him my complete information – address, phone number and email address. I also took down his name and mobile phone number. After a week of not receiving any news, I reached out to him via WhatsApp but I never received any response. This is now almost 3 weeks.
