I am writing to inform you that I lost a suitcase on one of the buses.

I traveled from Ciampino Airport to Termini yesterday, May 31, 2026. The bus departed at approximately 10:30 pm. Upon disembarking, I left my suitcase in the overhead compartments.

The suitcase contains personal identification, cards, a work laptop, and other valuables.

I would appreciate your prompt and kind assistance in resolving this matter, as I am scheduled to depart from Rome on Wednesday, June 2, 2026.
