Location of loss : I was informed by Aer Lingus staff at Terminal 2 that the bag had been offloaded from the aircraft following our request not to travel after a delay of more than six hours. When we subsequently enquired about the bag, Aer Lingus staff were unable to locate it at Dublin Airport. We were then advised that the bag may have been sent to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris.
