“It seemed questionable about the fee. I later found a PDF document talking about the fee. I was able to find a site through my phone where I could give the information without paying first and then on this site on my computer, it appears I had to pay first to submit the report, not after the item was found. Also, I would like to be able to request retrieving the item rather than it being sent to my address.”

Many users express the wish that this platform be totally free of charge, and we fully understand this.
However, without revenue, it’s impossible to set up a team that can carry out the daily work of research and distribution, not to mention customer service, technical support, site hosting (…)
