Description of lost item(s) : I am writing on behalf of my daugter who is now in Australia. She was at terminal 3 London heathrow yesterday gate 40 boarding a Cathy Pacific flight departing at 12.20pm.
Whilst at the gate she left a Le Mieux hat bag with her riding hat in it at the gate.
I spoke with London Heathrow lost and found and they said if it was handed to a member of the Cathy Pacific team it would be in a different lost property, are you able to tell me who I need to contact re an item lost at London Heathrow if picked up by Cathay pacific staff
