Description of lost item(s) : The lost suitcase is medium sized check in luggage, navy colour , samsonite.
It was checked in to the Transavia flight TO4388 from Paris Orly to Vienna International Airport on 29 September 2023. We didn’t get it at the Vienna airport and made a report about missing baggage with the reference number:
VIE TO 1**01. We stayed there 3 days and then returned to home. The owner of the suitcase is G Sak****va and she went to her home.
We also informed the Transavia about the missing luggage on 29 September 2023. On 10 October 2023 my sister in the UK received a call from lost and found. ory3 that they found my baggage. During the conversation she was told that Transavia can not deliver my baggage to the Kazakhstan and the only option is to send it to the UK, to London Heathrow.
I also received an email from them that my baggage will arrive to the Heathrow terminal 4 on 11 October via Air France flight AF7550, which is scheduled at 7:55 am. My sister went to the Heathrow terminal 4 but didn’t get the luggage. We wrote a number of emails to Transavia but didn’t get the answer. We called today on 13 October to France to Transavia and they told us that the suitcase hasn’t found yet.
I am so confused now because why I received a call and email from lostandfound.iry3 that imy suitcase has found and will be send to Heathrow but Transavia say me that it is still not located..
The luggage tug number which I have in hand is TO3****0.
