Description of lost item(s) : I accidentally left my phone at Jeddah airport terminal. The terminal was area A (do not remember the numbers). My phone model is Samsung N986B and the name of the phone is Samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g. It happened after checking in and waiting for boarding. The place I left my phone is a bit near to the boarding area.
My phone cover is black and the screensaver of the phone is kind of a brownish cat. It is attached to the charger and it is black too. It was left in the charging spot near a female toilet in the waiting area. It has a female prayer room on the other side. If it is still not on the charger spot could you please search for it in the lost and found in the airport?
Can you send the phone to Maldives Saudi Airline office please? I really appreciate if you can let me know about it as soon as possible when you find it, so that if you have any further questions regarding it.
Also this happened on 31st of March, I did let know about it to one of the cabin crew girl when i remembered to go pickup the phone but then the flight was going to take off and i had to stay so, if you want to ask them to confirm about it I am telling you this too. And after i came back I have been emailing to many Saudi emails but got no answer and it says the addresses are fake or delivery is being failed so if this is a correct email and if u are unable to help me could you please reply me with some correct emails on my email
I know this is not about a luggage I left there, but i really hope you can help me because i do not want my phone to be disposed after a month there. Also, I really want my phone back cause it has many important files and all that are related to my work and college so i really need them back and i do not have backup of those that is why, I hope you can understand.
