Description of lost item(s) : Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased the ticket on the Turkish Airlines website for the flight from Zagreb to Hurghada, Egypt, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
Zagreb- Istanbul, flight 1056 on July 1st at 8:20 PM. Seat 10D.
I placed my phone in the front seat pocket and forgot to take it out at the Istanbul Airport.

While waiting for the next flight to Hurghada, I realised that I had forgotten my phone on the airplane. It was too late to report it at the Istanbul airport.
When I landed at Hurghada Airport, I immediately contacted the office, which provided me with the phone number of Turkish Airlines,, in Hurghada. I called many times, but I didn’t get a response. I went to the Turkish Airlines office in Al Fandok, Mubarak 5, twice, but it was closed both times. I phoned many other Turkish Airlines phone numbers in Istanbul and Zagreb, but there was no answer.
I hope you will find my phone. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
