Description of lost item(s) : Dear Sir/Madam,
under booking number V***B3, I flew yesterday with TK 731 from Colombo to Istanbul and then on to Basel with TK 1925.
At baggage control in Istanbul, I forgot my silver men’s wristwatch in one of the control compartments.
I noticed the loss shortly before at the boarding counter. I asked if I could be taken back to baggage control
using the wheelchair service. I was told to report the loss to TK’s Lost and Found in Basel. In Basel, I was
then told that I should have reported it in Istanbul. I would now like to ask you to inquire with Lost and Found
in Istanbul whether a men’s wristwatch with a silver metal band has been found there.
If you are not the appropriate department, I would appreciate it if you could forward my request.
