Description of lost item(s) : Hello.
I was a passenger on AA Flight 1676 from Phoenix that landed in Charlotte International Airport today around 5:37 AM at Gate B14. I left Charlotte Airport to Punta Cana Dominican Republic via AA Flight 3041 today around 7:12 AM from Gate A9
Unfortunately, during my walk between the two gates from B14 to A9 (i.e. by brief layover in Charlotte), I lost an important small size Green Passbook somewhere in Concourse B.
I have a TILE LOCATOR within this important passbook item. As of now, the TILE locator showed that it is still sitting somewhere between Concourse B14 – B19.
I have attached several photos of the green passbook as well as several TILE locations of the exact location of the item.
Please retrieve it so that I may recover it from Lost and Fount there later, or if possible, have the item send to me here in Punta Cana Dominican Republic at TRS Turquesa Resort. I will be at TRS Turquesa until 2/21/26.
