Description of lost item(s) : I left a small clear bag with some toiletries and a gold watch on the outbound TUI flight(TOM 152) seat no. 24D to Phuket arrived 18 Dec 25. It was located and put in lost and found at the airport and I know this as I was shown a photograph of it by the lady when I checked in for the return flight (TOM 105) on 30 Dec 25. I was assured that my bad would be waiting for me at the departure gate, however when I got there they said that it couldn’t be found. This was obviously very hard to hear as it is definitely on site but they were unable to locate it in time. The lady at the gate knew about it and took a photo of my boarding card and was going to try and look into it. The watch is very sentimental to me and i am calling every day with no luck so if there is anything you can do I would be so grateful.
