Description of lost item(s) : I am writing to express my frustration and seek immediate assistance regarding my checked luggage from my recent Wizz Air flight. I have been informed that my suitcase was left behind at Gatwick Airport and is currently with Lost and Found, due to claims that it was overweight and could not be loaded onto the flight. The flight was on 17th May at 14:00 and the flight number was Wizz Air UK W95757

This explanation is unacceptable, as my luggage was well within the weight limit—I had purchased an additional 20kg allowance, and the total weight of my bag is only 17kg. The suitcase is dark grey in colour, Lotto brand and there are only clothes and jackets inside.

The suitcase mainly contains clothes – suits, jeans, and jackets. You will find a white coat with fur lining, placed at the bottom. I also have a dark blue suit and a beige suit with blue pinstripes. Let me know if you need more details. Dark Grey in colour, there is a small pink thread on the top of it – this is how you can recognise it.

I am now back in my hometown, Varna, Bulgaria, and find it completely unreasonable that my luggage was left behind without justification. I kindly request your guidance on how I can have my luggage shipped to my address in Varna as soon as possible.

Please let me know the next steps, including any other forms, fees, or procedures I need to follow to resolve this issue promptly.
