Lost item(s) : Sunglasses with a metal frame on a Brussels Airlines flight from Abidjan airport (Ivory Coast) to Brussels Zaventem airport (Belgium)

Description of lost item(s) : During the flight from Abidjan to Brussels SN256 on July 10, 2026 my looking glasses fell in the split between the window and the side table of the seat 5K.
The glasses ha a white/grey transparent frame with metal temple. The member of the crew located it, however could not retrieve it. I was informed that after landing a technician needs to unscrew ta panel to do so. As I had a connecting flight shortly after (SN2901 BRU to VIE) , I could not wait for the technician and was assured that Brussels lost and found will contact Vienna lost and found after retrieval of the glasses. I have already filed a loss at Vienna airport, however, they informed that they do not have the glasses.

Therefore I am calling on Brussels airline to assist , as these glasses were recently made and very expensive.
I would appreciate very much a response and support in retrieving the glasses.
I am happy to pay for a courier service to send the glasses.
