If your item is found, you will be contacted with instructions on how to retrieve it. You’ll need a valid form of ID. For international travelers who have already left Taiwan, it may be possible to arrange delivery by courier (fees apply).

Lost Luggage or Item Left on the Plane ?

If you’ve lost your checked baggage or left something on the aircraft, this must be handled directly through your airline or their ground handling service. The Lost and Found office at the airport does not manage items left onboard or issues with checked luggage.

Airline baggage service counters are located in the arrival hall near baggage claim, and each carrier will have a designated contact.
