Description of lost item(s) : A pair of prescription glasses Tom Ford with a black frame. I left them on seat 3D on flight W45056 travelling from Verona to Tirana. The landing was at around 1 am on Sun 25th.

As soon as i landed i realised i had left them onboard, i contacted the albanian authorities and did the proper procedure at the lost and found office, but they refused to help and were extremely rude stating it was not their job and did not even contact the airplane to ask them they just blamed me for loosing them.
