For personal belongings left onboard during the flight, you should contact your airline’s lost property service directly. After passengers disembark, planes are cleaned and swept for lost items. The airport Lost Property Office does not manage items left on aircraft.

For travelers who have already left Brisbane or Australia, courier delivery may be arranged (fees apply).

If you’ve lost your checked baggage or left something on the aircraft, this must be handled directly through your airline or their ground handling service. The airport Lost Property Office does not manage items left onboard or issues with checked luggage. Airline baggage service counters are located in the arrivals areas of both terminals.
