Palma de Mallorca Airport is a bustling international aiport located on the island of Mallorca in Spain. Location and Opening Hours
The Lost Property Office is located in the Arrivals hall, Ground Floor (Floor 0) of the main building.
Their opening hours are : 9.00am to 5.00pm every day.
PMI Lost Property Procedure
If you lose any item inside the airport terminal, please directly contact the Palma de Mallorca Airport Lost and Found office. However, if you misplace something on the plane, please reach out to the airline’s baggage storage facility. There are several companies handling the lost property for airlines, such as Swissport, Easy Jet (Menzies Aviation), Eurowings, Groundforce, Iberia and Ryanair.
How to retrieve your lost items
To claim a lost item, you need to go to the Lost Property Office and describe the missing item and the location where you lost it. You might be asked to complete a “Property Irregularity Report” containing your flight reference number, your full name and a description of the items you lost. The office may require you to present an ID card and your boarding pass to track down your belongings.
Collection and Delivery
Once the item has been located, you can collect it at the Lost Property Office, showing a legitimate photo-identification. If you are unable to pick it up, you may request a delivery to your address. A storage fee may be applied depending on the size and weight of the asset.
You can also fill out a procuration form so a designated person may collect your item for you. They will also have to provide valid ID in order to retrieve your lost property. It’s also best to inform the airport of the date and approximate time the third party will be coming to collect your items.
