About Jomo Kenyatta International Airport

Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) sits about 18 kilometres southeast of central Nairobi, Kenya, and is the main hub of Kenya Airways. It is also served by Ethiopian Airlines and a wide range of other international and regional carriers. The airport works from more than one terminal, with Terminal 1 divided into sections (1A, 1B, 1C and 1E for international flights and 1D for domestic) and Terminal 2 handling mainly low-cost and regional carriers.

A free shuttle connects the terminals, and the airport is linked to Nairobi by the Nairobi Expressway as well as bus and matatu routes.
