What to Do If You’ve Lost Something with Croatia Airlines

Items Lost on Board vs. at the Airport
Items left in the Croatia Airlines aircraft should be reported to the airline. Items lost in the terminal at Zagreb Airport or at another airport should be reported to that airport’s own lost property office. If you were connecting through Zagreb, check with both the airline and the airport’s information desk.
Tips to Efficiently Report a Lost Item
- Report as soon as possible, especially after peak-season flights when aircraft turnarounds are rapid
- Have your flight number, seat number, and booking reference ready before calling
- For items lost at Split, Dubrovnik, or Pula airports, contact Croatia Airlines and the local airport separately
- Describe the item in detail including brand, colour, approximate dimensions, and any personalisation
- Note whether you were seated in the front or rear of the cabin, as cleaning is often done in sections
